Janet Tait

 

She began her career in family and children’s mental health as a frontline prevention worker providing Head Start programs for inner city children. 

Her drive to address the present and future needs of the inner life of the child as it relates to our growing understanding of what that means within society led her not only pursue a career in movement education through the Trager Approach (1991) but also to attain a Psychology degree in 1991 and a Classics degree in 2000, with a focus on contemplative philosophy. 

In 2004 she began her training in Osteopathy with the CEO, Halifax and earned her Diploma in 2012. 

She is currently in private practice in Nova Scotia, Canada.
